Took the best study breaks these past couple of weekends. Still reveling!
For me fall is such an exciting time, I love dressing for the season! Everything is neutral toned, the food is amazing, latte flavors start to get interesting and Christmas is just around the corner. Fall also means pumpkin patches and old disney halloween movies!! Halloween is not my favorite holiday, but I appreciate the pumpkin themed everything and how festive the season makes everything seem.
This season I did a little pumpkin patch exploring in the area and it did not disappoint! To me the most fall pumpkin patches always seem to be inland in some small town with an unimaginable amount of hay + animals, but this year, I explored the coast-oddly enough. I had a beautiful coastline drive to Half Moon Bay. It was 80 degrees so that didn’t really get me in the autumn spirit, but there were so many cute pumpkin patches on the drive that I forgot I was sweating through my knit dress. Worth it.
The most underrated adventures are staycations- which happen to be my favorite. Exploring my own neighborhood or going across the bridge to SF is such an event to me. These past weekends I visited a cool neighborhood in SF-TWICE cus friends, you know who you are- and had so much fun exploring the are and brunching. The cafe we ate at was very cozy and *fall decorated* and actually got me thinking about all of the delicious food to come. Sadly, I will not be having a friendsgiving this year, but I honestly cannot wait to see the delicious things other people whip up.
Also stay tuned for all of my holiday posts. Excited to share these with you!
